How to Download and Install Z-Flash Software




To download and install Z-Flash software, follow these steps:


Step 1: Go to the Z-Flash Website

Step 4: Update the Software and Firmware




The software will check for any updates for your module and software. If there are any updates available, click on "Update" and follow the instructions on the screen. How to Program and Customize Z-Flash Patterns




To program and customize Z-Flash patterns, follow these steps:


Step 1: Plug the Module into Your OBD-II or BCM Port




Unplug your module from your computer and plug it into your vehicle's OBD-II or BCM port. The location of the port may vary depending on your vehicle model, but it is usually under the dashboard, near the steering wheel, or in the glove box. Step 2: Open the Z-Flash Software and Configure Device




Open the Z-Flash software on your computer and click on "Configure Device". The software will connect to your module and show you its status and settings. You can change the following settings:


  • Device Name: You can give your module a custom name for easy identification.



  • Mode Selection: You can choose how you want to activate your Z-Flash modes. You can use a switch, hardwiring, or a controller.



  • Switch Type: You can choose what type of switch you want to use. You can use a momentary switch, a toggle switch, or a push button switch.

Step 4: Save and Load Your Patterns




After creating or choosing your patterns, you can save them to your module by clicking on "Save Patterns". The software will upload your patterns to your module and show you a confirmation message. You can also load patterns from your module by clicking on "Load Patterns". The software will download your patterns from your module and show them in the list.
