About the Event
Our fitness boot camp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, ours are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they would push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. It is run by our own Head Coach, Coach D.J. who understands that each and every participant is an individual who is at their own unique position within their journey and treats them as such. Each participant will be held accountable to their own limitations and will not be subjected to or allowed so subject themselves to the comparison paradigm!
This is an environment for fun, fitness, and community. We respect each other and our individual journeys.
